  • We provide a full-service experience: schedule your pickup online, our driver collects your gifts from your home, we wrap them at our East Bay Wrap Studio using premium materials, and deliver them back to your doorstep beautifully finished.

  • Yes — Someone must be present for pickup and delivery to hand off the gifts. We’ll send updates and arrival notifications so you know exactly when we’re coming.

  • We currently serve the greater San Fransico Bay Area, including: Contra Costa County, Santa Clara County, San Mateo County, and Alameda County.

  • Most orders are completed within 24-48 hours depending on volume. During peak holiday weeks turnaround may vary — we’ll always notify you of expected delivery times.
